I'm on CD at the mo..but im planning on doing my 12 weeks on it as that will put me near enough to my target ..was just wondering if anybody didnt move up on the plans on CD and are now on sw and maintaining ok and what your losses were like when you switched and if you gained anything by doing this?
I do plan to introduce food slowly for a couple of week so was thinking maybe red days..I dont plan on moving to sw until end of march which still seems ages away but im sure it will soon pass
