I had a query about the LF subs today - do we need to count the bread as extra PP?!

If u go on the subway website it does give the nutritional information on each of their subs, most of the are based on 6in on wheat but it does tell you this, I just put all the details into the calculator and got the points value for them

Assuming LF means low fat, no honey, the pp value is for the whole thing.

I'm a newbie to this so can i check... Ive worked out the points for a 6" steak and cheese on wheat to be 9 propoints is this correct? And are all the salad veges included in these points?

Yep that's right. Sauce is extra tho and if you were having olives in the salad I would imagine they need to be pointed

Was gutted ordered a veggie delight thinking it was the one with the veggie patty and it turns out it wasn't!!! Was 5 points for bread and salad

Although surprisingly it was lovely!!! X

I used to think this, until my OH became a team leader for Subway and i was shocked! x
