Starting back on SW today... have been on WW since the end of last year... but got so tired of counting EVERYTHING... so I'm resorting back to the wonderful SW! :D

My food diary today...


GREEN day:

Breakfast:

1x Apple
1x Banana

Lunch:

Cheese Leek & Ham Pasta n' Sauce (1 syn)
Jacket Potato

Dinner:

SW Chips
2x Meatfree Burgers (2syns)
2x LF Cheese slices (HEA)

Total weekly syns used: 3/105

Broth from Wonton Soup (5syns)

Total weekly syns used: 27.5/105
 
I tried WW and wasn't a fan. Think it was the constant measuring portions I didn't like! SW will always be better for me.
