How everyone gettin on this week

Hey everyone just wanted to see if anyone in the same boat as me as weeks go on I feel I'm lacking on the food side of things but still exercising 3 times a week plus zumba still BR losing but I'm slightly worried bout this weeks wi x x
 
Don't know whats wrong with me this week I just feel a bit errrrr - desperately trying to not go and get a bowl of cereal (that's my downfall aswell as crisps and choc!) and normally im really really motivated - got to get my head back into gear though - hooo feel a bit better after that rant so thanks for the post.
 
im getting worried didnt go last week to my wi and if i havnt lost, im going to feel that 2 weeks wasted:sigh:
 
I'm pretty de motivated this week too!! Really want to do well but have difficulty putting this into motion. Here's to a fresh start this week!

I had WI this morning n i put on half a pound which was own fault (surprised it wasnt more) I just dnt seem 2 have any willpower ..... booked a holiday for july n defo will not be wearing any swimwear unless i get my head in gear !!!

if only the weight came off as easy as it went on lol

Heres 2 a fresh start for us all who r feeling a bit down in the dumps

I'm feeling dealt de-motivate too :( put on 3lbs this week, which I was expecting. Beers plus wine and pizza, twice over the weekend! :-0 so it wasn't a shock this evening. Don't know what it is, but the last couple of weeks I've been so unmotivated. I've managed to lose 1 stone and half pound (which makes all the difference! lol) but I still want to lose another but I just keep putting on, then losing, then putting it back on again... *sigh*

4lb in 4 weeks is still good! Honestly, I find the slower it comes off the better in a way. Apart from one or two odd weeks, I never had losses of greater than 1lb or maybe 1.5lb, but it was slow, steady, and has been much easier to keep off that way.
Just stick with it, and it will be worth it in the end :)

Hope so :) I've lost over 5inches on first week of shred, will measure again this weekend so that's helping to keep me going but hope to see a few pounds come off soon! Was -3.5lb on wk 1 then -0.5lb on week 3 and nowt since!

I agree with croeked smile - at the end of the day it is still 4lb off and the inches are going down and down so your doing something right - keep up the great work.

This week has been weird for me. today was rubbish with food :( Went over my points, but started my new jobs and had weirdddd hours. didnt finish til 10. :(

Need to get used to it! I will be happy with a STS this week for the simple fact that its my BIRTHDAY PARTYYYY on Saturday! :D

Lost 1.5lbs wasn't feeling very motivated this week, wasn't tracking properly but instead of going over pp I wasn't using all my daily pps

Anyway thrilled I got to my 5% goal weight :D won't lie I was slightly disappointed that I didn't quite reach the 1stone mark 0.5lb off :( Think it was because I really upped my exercise this wk doing wii fit every night and walking EVERYWHERE pushing a double buggy uphill :eek: but I will get back on track and get it off next wk :cool:
