Cinema food

HPSaucy

Will get there one day!
My hubby and I are off to the cinema tonight, have put a couple of pepsi max in fridge so don't have to buy them there but what do you all do for snacks?

Do you go without or do you take something with you, what type of thing do you take? X

Ohh what film are you seeing? Have a lovely time!

I dont know off the top of my head syn values for pick 'n' mix im afraid, but have a browse through the syn value threads or search for sweets/treats/choccie..i think i read somewhere that lolly pops are low in syns, and curly wurlys. You could take a packet of quavers, french fries, wosits with you? Or alpen light bars.

Enjoy your evening :)

Take grapes to snack on, and make sure you've had a big SW meal before you go and then you're not tempted to eat what you shouldn't

THis reminds me of when I go to the football match.

Why do people have to eat/snack at the movies?

Can nobody last 90 minutes for the duration of a movie or footy match lol?

We used to go for a meal pre-movie or post-movie as the cost of snacks worked out more than the nearby Frankie & bennys! I would recmmend a trip to the local shop/supermarket before for pringles, pop, pick&mix etc.

Oh I do so agree. I have now totally given up going to the cinema.

Crunch, crunch, rustle, rustle, and then wading through a sea of dropped popcorn and cardboard cups on the way out. Yuk!
