should your cdc measure you?

just read some posts on here which seem to suggest that some cdc measure as well as weigh. Mine only measured me round the waist on my first weigh in and i havent been measured since. Think it would be really useful to be measured - perhaps i should do it myself and keep a record?

Mine didn't but gave me a weight and measurement card to fill in myself which I have done

Mine measure me the first night and again tonight after 2 weeks(oh the shame )

I would do it yourself if you can as i've heard people say that sometime you see more in inches even if you've not lost many pounds :) (if tha even makes sense)

Devonbabe gets her clients to measure neck, upper chest, bust, underbust, waist, hips, thighs, knees, calfs, ankles, upper arms, and wrist. dont think ive missed anything out. its great tho cos i know i have lost about a foot and a half in inches even tho i dont do CD anymore but still use her way with Herbalife diet :D (shes nothing if not thorough!)

I always tell me clients to measure every week but because of the possible problems with a guy measuring a girl I don't do this myself.

My cdc is male and his wife measured me, bust, waist and hips. So wasn't quite so embarrassing!

Cambridge ask that we measure waists.

I ask my clients to measure themselves (whilst i'm there!! with my tape measure) and record bust/chest, waist, hips. I then do the same again in 3 or 4week intervals. Inches lost don't show up as obviously as pounds on a weekly basis, plus if you have a lesser loss one week it is great to then use the inches loss as an incentive and to show it is working.

Maybe mention to your CDc that you would like to be re-measured .... but also keep a chart at home for yourself.

thanks everyone - i'll dig out that old tape measure!
