Hi Guys , they say during refeed you can put on about 3lbs in one week , thats just your body getting back to normal , but it should even out over the course of maintanince which is the step after refeed !
you can prob do refeed for one-2 weeks then maintain .
i lost on refeed...... so i guess its just what your body can take .
just keep to your shakes for as long as possible thats my advice !
