Think it's 5-6g carbs per cup/100g... Don't quote me on that but that's what i always counted it as. I like it just steamed/boiled then blob of butter on top followed by a sprinkling of grated cheese melted.

Damn, i meant it's a form of cauli rather than brocolli. To be honest it kinda tastes like a combination of the two in my opinion. The taste of brocolli but the consistency of cauli, or certainly similar.

I usually find it on one of the more exotic fruit n veg stalls at my local market. Pretty cheap really from what i remember, i'm sure it would be more in a shop though as these things generally are.

Yes, we've had it. I agree with Claire looks and feels like cauli, but tastes a bit like Broccoli.
