Hello all,
I have re-started CD ss today and thought that keeping a diary might help to keep me on the straight and narrow. I have found it so encouraging to read diaries of other CDers. I am a big fan of Farmgirls diary.:happy096: I find that she is so open about the emotions that she has been through while on CD. I can def relate to those emotions and to see her be so successful despite all of that gives me great encouragement. I also like her sense of humor reflected in her diaries. I personally think she should publish her diary!
Anyway about me... I do not have much to lose. My Goal is to lose 1st 7lb. I first started CD in 2007 and lost 9lbs in my first wk, 6lbs the second wk, I then struggled and had a very small loss the third. Then I came off CD for my two wk holiday, completely fell of the wagon and didnt bother to try again. I managed to lose 4 stone after that by drasticaly cutting calories and not eating much. Not healthy! Over time 1 and a half stone crept back on. I re-started CD again in July 2010... again I fell off wagon. So here I am starting again today. So I really am hoping this diary will help. Thanks for reading the long post.
