Ainsley Harriott Cup a soups ????

hi all doesanyone know the syn values for ainsley harriott chichen and veg cup of soups(47 calories) and the szechwan hot and sour ones too not sure of the calories for this one.

Is the 47 calories given in the nutritional information definately for the whole sachet? As going by the below I would say it is only for half a sachet i.e. 13g

You need to watch measurements given for nutritional information, otherwise you could be way out with syns.

I think you are looking at the nutritional information for 100ml not the whole sachet.

as the chicken in vegetable one is 5 syns for the 26g sachet

the szechuan hot and sour one is 3 syns for the 20g sachet.

For stuff with no free food allowance, like the above, you can work out by applying 1 syn to every 20 calories. It is accurate.
