Newbie starting Exante

hi all!!

came across this forum, and just wanted to say hi, and im hopeful to take part in discussions and hopeful recieve helpful tips and ideas from other fellow members on weight loss.

first time im doing exante did start cambridge 2 years ago, could keep to it for the first 3 days and gave in.

need the motivation!!! so gonna start on tuesday, hopefully thats when my package will arrive.
