Bad week

Really really bad week :-( weigh in tomorrow and I'm scared!!

I been sooo good for months now and hardly lost anything! So I just gave up this week :-(

Now I regret it, x
 
Honestly theres nothing you can do about it now, go to weigh in, and then start afresh straight after weigh in draw a line whatever the damage is (and it may not be as bad as you think) choose a few new recipes this week, get some new inspiration. Choose a new breakfast one day and also change your healthy extras, its amazing how much a change makes a difference. We can all feel stuck in a rut.

I have been going 11weeks and not lost much atal. My baby is now 4months old and I'm almost the same as straight after having her. With my first 2years ago, it fell off, now I'm battling :-( x
 
Hi, yeh I do a food diary. :) I find if I don't Stick to it.

I'm Booked in on Thursday for a thyroid test because doctor suggested this too. Altho I think I'm clutching onto possibiltys!, other than just not being able to shift it x
