Hi guys.
I asked a couple of weeks ago but didn't get anywhere - please can someone be so kind to look up the syns for Morrisons Risotto please?
Per 100g, 130kcal, 1.9g protein, 28.2g carb, 1.1g fat, 120g pack size.
Free food allowance is risotto rice.
The values are lower than savory rice so I'm hoping it should be a low syn quick fix!
