Hi there, I am starting LT tomorrow and the pharmacist sold me some Nuphar+ fresh breath strips which he said Lipotrim had said are fine to use. Hope this helps (I know it will help me hehe) xxx

Hi, yes I have them, they do help, but I try to reduce my liquid intake the hour before bed and this seems to make my breath worse, even after brushing and mouthwash. The smell comes from the keytones that are emitted from your lungs so there's no getting away from it really. The good thing is, while you have smelly breath your burning fat!!!
