Thinking of trying LLL!

Hi everyone,

I have lost about 7lb on ww since Xmas. However, it is coming off very slowly and if I over-indulge just a little then it goes on very quickly. I have gained 2lb this week which I am gutted about.

I only want to lose another stone and was thinking LLL might be the answer for me. I have a few questions though:

Are you allowed any milk (skimmed) in tea/coffee?

What kind of evening meal are you allowed?

How many cals a day will I be eating?

Is it very expensive?

I'd be really grateful for some advice before I sign up!
