Help me with low-syn or syn-free dips!

Going to prepare some crudités for next week's SW group. Two reasons really, firstly it is a party night and I want to stay on plan and I enjoy preparing these. Secondly I just love the word crudité and any excuse to use it is fine by me:eek:

will not be anything extravagent, peppers, cucumber, carrot etc. but have never made my own dips and would rather make my own as buy commercial ones.

This way I can control the content and value.

Please keep them simple and with readily available ingredients for a first-timer;)
