Going to prepare some crudités for next week's SW group. Two reasons really, firstly it is a party night and I want to stay on plan and I enjoy preparing these. Secondly I just love the word crudité and any excuse to use it is fine by me
will not be anything extravagent, peppers, cucumber, carrot etc. but have never made my own dips and would rather make my own as buy commercial ones.
This way I can control the content and value.
Please keep them simple and with readily available ingredients for a first-timer
