Which one, R, G or EE?

Am I still ok opting for either Red or Green days, as most people seem to be doing EE and I kinda feel I'm missing out, even tho I'm happy with one or the other two? Is there something new in EE that I shld know about? I don't feel confident enough to allow myself both (ie) pasta AND (ie) meat and fish and don't like the thought of thirding my plate etc and getting it wrong .....

You can do whatever you feel most comfortable. There are loads of threads about this in the main forum (particularly from around new year time !). I love EE because it's more 'normal' eating. I don't find it difficult and don't think my losses have been any less than they would have been on the other plans. However what is most important is that you can stick to whatever you are doing.

So, stick to red/green if you like but have a think about trying EE for a week or two if you fancy having spag bol, curry and rice etc etc without having to weigh and measure !!

Good luck.

Sorry for any confusion. You are correct, but if you had chicken curry and rice, you would need to weigh the chicken on a green day and the rice on a red day. On EE you wouldn't have to weigh either :).

Either as a Healthy Extra or syn them depending on what you prefer. Personally I'd rather keep my syns for chocolate/cereal bars etc etc etc !

But remember that you can only have one healthy extra in the a group and the b not up to 2 of each group on the EE. With the red and green you can have up to 2 in both a and b if this makes sense. I am one of the few people in my group who prefers the red/green plans. I am very fussy with veg though I love fruit so the other plans suit me better. Just find which you are most comfortable with and stick with them. I have done mostly red days this past week and lost 2 and half pounds.

If you don't like it, stick with red/green. For me the plan that works the best (in the long term) is the plan that you are most likely to stick to.

Exactly youre not going to eat stuff you dont like, no point in that and you wont stick to it as you say. The aim for all of us is to lose weight by whichever means suits us best. Now I am off to make an orange mousse. Who said S W is a diet??????
