Hi all.

Keep looking at everyones photos and feeling really inspired. My daughter took photos of me on the day I started CD and again yesterday and it's only now I can see the difference and I'm really pleased. It's been hard at times and I've got to admit, I've cheated a little bit but it's been worth it and now I can't wait for summer to come???

Keep going everyone, this diet is great!!
