My Dieting Confession

I have been weighing and measuring myself like a mo' fo'!!

I KNOW this is not good for my brain, as i kick my scales round the kitchen floor to see where i can get the lightest weight and then get upset when i dont lose as much as i thought!! this can only lead to bad things!

i have also 'aquired' a rosemary connelly tape measure! it is brilliant! it comes in a pack with 14 different coloured tags, 2 of each colour. you then measure your self on bust, hips, waist, each arm and each leg. you then put the tags on where you started and move the other one as you go down, so u have a visual prop to be able to see how many inches you have lost. dunno if u can buy them independantly on ebay of there are others out there likethis, but i love it. however, i have taken to carrying it around in my hand bag and keep whipping it out every few days to see if i have lost half an inch anywhere!!

oh dear.....desperate or what!!

has anyone else got any weird things they do to eith keep on track or things they shouldnt be doing???

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I'm a serial weigher and I move the scales around the room too :sigh: :D !

I also pee on a ketostix several times a day even though I must surely know if I stick to the packets and water I will still be in ketosis :rolleyes:

Like you I've got inches to lose to get into a white(ish) frock. For me it is trying on clothes. I don't weigh myself at home and have chosen to lose my tape measure.
