debsxdiet Silver Member 28 January 2011 #3 hey i use the powdered ones. I didnt have a shaker thing so i used a empty soup pot... Like the ones u get fresh soup in and if i decide to have it as hot choc (I actually prefer it hot) then i just chuck the tub in the micro. I hope that helps xx
