My 1st home weigh in :)

weanio

Is ON it this time!
Hi everyone

Following the plan from home this time due to cost of class
Hauled myself back up on the waggon last friday.
This morning had a 2.5lb loss.

Not amazing for a 1st week but I'm proud of it.
Resisted all the crumpet temptations, stayed 100% on plan.
Feel great for it :D

Gl on you journeys

Well done! I've just started the diet today and will be doing it myself at home & online as can't make any groups, so this gives me hope I can succeed too ;)

I signed up online earlier in the week this week but its taken me a few days to get my head around it and to get the right food sorted to do it all properly.

I'll be weighing in on Friday's too so its great to be able to share the same day with someone else doing it at home!

All the best ;)

Gl with your 1st week :D
It really is the way forward! So easy to follow, and still get everything you want in moderation. LOVE IT!

A loss is still a loss no matter how big or small, and a maintain is not a gain!
Remind me of this in a few weeks, when i'm being driven to dispair with a slow weight loss, lol.

I have a feeling my fella will do better than me, he's following it too (but makes syns up as he goes along:rolleyes:) but this is my year i can do it!

Well done you!

Good luck to you both. I've only been on SW for a week. 2lb loss on my first week so you did better than me!

Some people get their bigger loss in second week not sure why though

Not this time; I was out for curry Fri night, out for lunch we my girls on Sat afternoon and ended up eating CHEESECAKE! and today I have had crisps & chocolate. I've had a bad day and feel like crying. Motivation VERY low! Think I'll skip class this week and get back to it on wed!

Nooooo don't skip class it gives you lots of motivation AND it may not be as bad as you think!!
I used to do this the first time around and my skipping class turned out to be a regular thing, go to class be honest if your brave enough and stay to image therapy it helps lots and you get lots of scrummy recipes and tips

Got my 2nd WI tonight. Tempted not to go as I have had a terrible week!! Chinese, Indian and chocolate. I'm gonna go and see what damage I have done but I may be a lot ashamed if I have put back on the two pund I've lost!!!

Anyway, are these WI accurate? What about you "lady" week? Fluid retension and all that....!

Some people say it doesn't matter if you are on * week but me personally usually have a small loss that week and greater loss following week so long as I have stuck to plan 100% so it evens itself out over the month, I usually work out to a 2lb a week average if I take 4 weeks percentages, if that makes sense
