Hi just stumbled across another Dukan forum when googling for fruit info:

All I can say is: I'm glad I found this one first! the recipes - waiting for disaster (Tablespoons of cocoa powder, Oatbran bread with wheat-germ, and with no indicator of what would constitute a daily portion...) Mods who advocate Activia Vanilla yoghurt (which as we all know contains sugar)
