well i am on day 5 today.
unfortunately since tuesday when the scales said i had lost 6lbs i havent lost a single ounce
I am a serial scale hopper and although i am disheartened by this i have no plan on quitting.
I am thinking of 2 things really
1/ could it be that i need more than 3 packs a day in order for my body to let me lose weight, taking into account that i am super morbidly obese ( oh the shame in saying that ) and was consuming probably 3500 (guessing) a day for the last year.
2/ even though i am taking regular fibre89 ( am taking 2 teaspoons a day) and have taken movicol for the last 2 days, i still havent 'been' to the toilet once in the last 5 days :sigh:.
i dont feel overly constipated but last night i did have mild tummy ache and was sure i was going to end up on the toilet but... nope.
i am a little worried that one of these if not both of these problems has caused the weight loss to stall.... as much as i love this diet i dont want to do it for nothing
