Syns in cold remedies

Is there any syns in Beechams Cold and Flu tablets and cough mixture, really need something but don't want to blow my syns on that stuff.

try hot ribena with 2 paracetamol

How do you get the paracetamol to mix properly, tried it yesterday but was horrible at the end as it was just clumps.

I use beechams powder which I assume is free as it's powdered asprin and caffeine Beechams Powders - 20 powders - Bootsand add some hot water and sugar free cordial.

Or you could swallow down the 2 paracetamols with the hot ribena.... That way it won't taste rank.
