im findin this hard.... all i wanna do is eat..... i dont think i could get the food in my mouth quick enough..... omg i ust wanna eat! wish i didnt feel this way......
Try and distract yourself. Have a bath or read a book or listen to some music or go to bed. Take your mind off it.
You'll be so glad you didn't give in.

My LLC always tells us to imagine how we would feel right afterwards if we gave in. That's what usually stops me from giving up and stuffing my face with everything that's in sight.
Resist! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger (and more importantly, thinner )!!
