taste ?

h i was wondering what do the shakes taste like ? i have tried the slimfast and celebrity slim shakes and found them ok. are these better worse or the same? i was thinking of trying the diet to kick start my weight. also are they a high protein low carb shake?

They are absolutely nothing like any of the other shakes. This is because they have no artificial sweetners so can be quite bland. You can add tablet sweetners to them though if you wish. They are also quite creamy. And yes they are low carb.
