hi, newbie here.
second week in, and im doing red days, this may sound silly, but it says 227g baking potatoes for HEXB. whats the difference between baking potatoes and normal potatoes. am i alright using any potato as long as it weighs 227g's.

thanks.

You have to eat the skin for it to be a Heb on a red day.
I often peel the potato and bake the skins in the oven sprayed with frylight and salt. Then I boil and mash the rest of the potato so I've still eaten the whole potato, but it's a bit more interesting than a J pot

im mixing the EE/RED/GREEN this week, so can I just also point out that ive read and re-read and re-read to make sure im doing them right.
227g of BAKING Potato, large potato's you would Mash or have as a Jacket.
198g of NEW Potato, with skins.

I think it has to do with the skins, etc, but its there in your book! x
