We had this for tea last night, it was sooo yummy, really quick to do and almost syn-free :)

Serves 4
1/4 syn per serving

4 pork steaks, all fat trimmed off
2 eating apples, cored & cut into wedges
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp dried sage
200ml chicken stock
2tsp wholegrain mustard
Frylight

Season the pork, and fry for 2 mins on each side. Transfer to a plate.

Add the apples, onion and sage to the pan; cook gently for 5 minutes until apples are softened.

Pour in stock, add the mustard, return the pork to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

We served it with rice and green beans. Yum :)

Thanks I'll try this for Saturdays tea. Dee
