Oatbran Fingers - for dunking

Not very good at this!
I have made these today - v nice

Basically a savoury muffin recipe twice baked.

1 egg
1.5 tbspns oatbran (I'm on attack again)
1 tbspn yoghurt
herbs

Mix everything together and add a good sprinkle of dried herbs and black pepper.

I baked in a mini silicon ring mould for about half an hour, left to cool and then sliced thinly into fingers and then baked the slices in a very low oven for about an hour. They might not actually need an hour, but I forgot about them.

The result was a bit like those crunchy scandinavian krisproll things.

Talking of coffee, for my next trick I am going to try and make an oatbran biscotti; I will get my biscotti recipe out and see what I can do with it.
