Just switched to EXANTE

Hi, I've just completed two weeks on Lighter Life but it's too expensive for me at the moment and I didn't like the counselling, too much discussing problems that I don't have!! Don't get me wrong it works for some people but the counselling sessions don't work for me !!.... SO, I've switched to Exante, I'm expecting delivery tomorrow. Looks like there's plenty of support on here so I'm hoping I'll be fine.

Exante is so the same but think of the petrol you'll save hee hee. I did cambridge before but don't think the 'councelling' told me anything I didn't already know, I'm fat because I eat to reward, to celebrate, to comfort etc etc.

It's great on here, I can recommend shakes hot with coffee, lovely for a cold winter morning xx

i was doing lipo trim and looked at exante on this site and today i have just received my months worth of shakes, bars, and soups so have just taken my first shake and it tastes fab ....... so watch this space and you will do great.

Dutch, LighterLife is £66 per week now..... too much !!!

Exante is excellent value but I've yet to taste it.... Hope I love it like you guys... i'm sure I will.

I get what you mean, I do not do talking things, I know why I do it, I just have to find a way myself but as you said it works for others.
