A week in and what have I lost - 2lbs!! 2 flippin lbs - was at 3 yesterday and I didn't cheat and I did exercise and TOTM is NOT due but I had a baked potato for tea and I find I always gain 1lb after eating a baked potato!
So flippin annoying, I've been really really good, OK didn't start exercising til Monday but have done some every night, not cheated, been really really good :
1 cereal bar for brekky : 150cals
1 shake for lunch + 1 snack bar OR low fat crisps OR Banana
Mean Meal 600cals
Snack for evening treat
ARGHH!!! Not getting me down tho (honestly) - annoyed but find it funny all the same - have to weigh myself every day to keep me on track so will see what tomorrow brings!
