Speed foods???

Some foods are named super speed foods- these are the food which can help speed up your weight loss such as; _ melon, quorn pieces, strawberries etc.
 
Speed foods are the foods that are the most beneficial for your weight loss. Super speed foods (symbol ss) are doubly so! Eat plenty of these and your weight losses should be better. If your losses have slowed increase your speed foods will give you a boost. When you fill your food diary sheet in, highlight the speed foods and try to get as much of the free food box highlighted as you can. I found that quite helpful. Hope this helps.
