Hi All,

I have been reading peoples diarys on here for a while but I have never acctually posted anything on here!

I did slimming world about a year ago and lost over a stone but I have put most of it back on since then!

I now want to start losing weight again, hence posting on here now. I'm not sure what plan I'm going to be following yet, but it will prob be slimming world again.

I don't really need to lose that much but I would be happy with a stone.

I'm going to be starting what ever it is I'm doing on Monday and I am also going to start swimming everyday before work on Monday!

Although I know swimming will help me lose weight the main reason I'm doing it is because I want/need to get fit! And it's the only excerise I enjoy. I am nearly 26 not particularly overweight but I am soooooooooo unfit it is stupid. Also I have a secret ambition to run a marathon by the time I'm 30 so this is the start of my training I guess!

I'm hoping a diary on here will help motivate me and keep me on track and I guess this is the start of it. Although I'm not sure where to put it yet or if I can just start it here? Any help to point me in the right direction would be appricated!
