The weight watchers Seriously Satisfying book has loads of great recipes. Can highly recommend it x

Hiya, are you using the online receipe database at all - I find it's quite good and seems to meet my needs; I am too much of a cheapskate to buy the books!

I had chicken Fajitas tonight.

Here is how I made them

Recipe serves 1

160g chicken fillet 4pp
Schwartz Mix 1pp
WW Wrap 3pp
Low Fat Creme Freche 1pp
Tomato & Lettuce

Thanks for replies ,i am not using online resources at the mo as pennies wont allow :-(,I will defo try and get the seriously satisfying book as need some ideas.
We all love fajitas and will be putting those ingredients on my shopping list,Thanks Girls :)

When I made the recipe last night I was surprised that the wrap had as many points as a chicken fillet, so if I was stuck for points I think I would cook up the chicken with the seasoning and use other ingredients to make up a salad and mix it all together in a bowl. The WW wrap wasnt great and it was 3 PP

Have you got a copy of the WW Calendar from your class, I am making the Tikka Skewers from that on Sunday. Will post the recipe in a while for anyone who doesnt have it.

Hi Waterford no i dont have the ww calender from the meeting. These sound amazing so thanks.Really stuck for ideas.Got some old ww books but havent been given a conversion chart either like some people have.Just stressing out trying to come up with family meals

Thanks Janief for recipe link.I went to weightwatchers last night and won on the raffle so treated myself to the seriously satisfying cookbook and the hearty home cooking book.I will try to put some recipes on when i get 5 mins for others who are struggling to find any :).Love this site ;-).
Had weigh in last night and lost 2 lbs,not too bad as really struggling to actually start eating but getting there slowly but surely.
