Does anyone know the syns in the muller amore yogs?

I have a honey and walnut and a strawberry one! If they are too high hubby will just have to eat them!

Strawberry 8 1/2
Honey and walnut 9 1/2
So not worth it for a yoghurt lol

The walnut one is 9.5
Strawberry is 8.5
