who has treat after wi? honestly x

hiya,

i was sat thinking if anyone else had a treat after they have their weekly weigh-in?
i am going to be very honest - i do, i dont use it as a reward as i still have something if i havent lost.

last night i had small slice of pizza and a portion of toffee pavolova (sp) :eek: :eek:x
 
I do, sometimes too much. Feel so bad depriving my fiance of some of the things he really likes so we have it after been weighed.
 
I used too. We would have a takeaway or something but I've stopped all that now.
Whenever I go shopping, I always pick himself up a chocolate pudding.

At the same time, I buy those light choc trifles (6.5 syns). Recently I keep picking up the full fat ones by accident so I hand them straight over to him. (The full fat ones are 12 syns!!! :eek:)
 
I usually do although not so much recently because I volunteer at a local brownie pack on a Wednesday and the OH has a SW friendly meal ready for me when I get home :)

I used to, but not now and my weightloss is more consistent. I just can't get away with it.
 
I have been doing, always said i would while i can get away with it...sadly i don't think i can anymore...expecting weigh in tonight to be atrocious :(
 
I used to but I stopped after a while. I now use up to 30 of my weekly syns on a Wednesday for extra treats, so i still have extra treats after WI but they are all counted.
 
Not me - I have already planned in advance so be it good, bad or indifferent I have the same.

Tonight is going to be two pieces of cod, chips and mushy peas (all SW style of course).

I do...but - I have it out of whatever sins I have left for the week, and dont use it as an excuse to go mad. I have 15 odd sins left this week, so will have a glass of wine or a choc bar after my Wi tonight - within sins - knowing I havent used half of my next week's worth (just because ifs after WI!)

My main meal after WI is always 'on plan', and then if i fancy using up the sins after dinner, I will knowing I am still on track.

The Thursday morn I re-set the sins quota to 105 for the week :)
 
I usually have a chinese after weigh in but I use my syns and have a veggie dish

If its from your syn allowance and counted then fair do!
But otherwise I never really understood the logic of celebrating a loss by going out immediately after and making it harder to lose the following week. Sort of like climbing a hill but digging a big hole to stand in first - you have to climb out of the hole before you can start climbing the hill!

This is what I do as well, I WI on Monday's so if i have any syn left I would use them on something to go along side my sw meal. Then on Tuesday I start with 105 syns once again. I don't have a takeaway or anything like that as I manage to do that on a Saturday with my syns.
 
I don't. I never have, as I didn't want to get into the habit of rewarding my losses with more fatty stuff, and making it harder!!
 
I carry the day on as normal. On weigh in day I dont tend to use any syns until after weigh in so then I make dinner as normal and maybe use my syns on a beer and a skinny cow ice cream or something.
Tonight after weigh in hubby took me out for a curry so I flexi synned x

They are not meant to be stored and used en-masse though I appreciate a lot of people have this impression and a lot of people choose to do this.

There is an excellent thread by Madam La Minx about this where it is discussed. Using more than the alloted daily syns is either flexi-synning or more accurately going off plan:p

With regard to storing and using en-masse SW used to say that this was alright and there was a piece on the website that said that it was fine. I understand that this info isn't on the website anymore but it was there until fairly recently. As an 'old' member I have alwas used syns weekly. It works for me and was a big part of the diet working for me because it fitted in to my life that way. (Not for binge drinking on a Saturday before anyone thinks that LOL)

I weigh in in te morning on Wednesday so WI day is the first day of the next week for me, not the last day of the week like some others. My syns used after WI aren't left over from the week before, they are off my new weekly total.

As I say, this works for some people but my argument would be the losses would be better if it wasn't done.

Perhaps it is telling SW no longer publish it? ;)
