Sweetners

Hi all, some advice please if anyone could. I read somewhere on here (I think) that certain sweetners are not allowed with exante, I dont normally have them but have been having 1/2 a shake hot and they were much nicer with sweetners, my friend left some at my house so have been adding 2 to each drink. They are the Tesco tablet ones, somewhere in the deep dark depths of my addled brain the word aspartame comes to mind. Not sure if they should be ones with or without that in them. Many thanks

I think the only prob is granulated sweetners, tablets seem to be ok?

i dont really understand this granulates vs tablets.

granulated(Canderel Spoonful Granulated Sweetener (75g) in Tesco | mySupermarket) has more carbs / 100g than tabs (Canderel Tablets Refill Sachets (500) in Tesco | mySupermarket) - but granulated still has less carb / serving... this must be wrong!
