Brain Training - Come and play

Dutch

Goodbye Tum
Hi all,

I read a great book that makes you picture junk food for what it is, I now cannot face any dairy but does anyone want to play, make the food revolting??

If you look at what the food is, or associate it with nasty things it will train your brain not to want it, I'll start x

Bread is just flour and water therefore if you mixed flour and water in a bowl you'd get glue I don't want to eat baked glue.

Think about the food that is your trigger, join in xx

Good idea. Milk from cows, cows in cruel conditions, inflamed udders, puss dripping into milk, infections, cows pumped with chemicals to lactate more, chemicals in milk = CHEESE!!!

Ewww yuk at the cheese lol! I was actually craving cheese but gone right off it now :D xx maxi xx

Good lol! Sorry! But it's my major downfall and I needed to be harsh!

This is a wicked idea - contemplating putting the bread one on my fridge.

oh eck, am i the only one who can look at a little lamb and think MMMmmmm mint sauce would go great with that! ;)
the only things that would turn me off my food is if i found something in it. like once when i was in an indian restaurant (i dont like spicy food) i had chicken and chips. cut in to the chicken, hit an blood vessel and it squirted blood all over my plate! never eat there again.
also when the microwave rice first came out i bought 3 bags of it and when i opened it, it was covered in mould so never bought it again!
i think my worst find was a rat/mouse tail in a can of corned beef. never buy canned meat now.
if only i could find a problem with everything i put in my mouth then i would be slim ;)

Ha ha crystal, I never mentioned the cow puss thing, thought it was going too far but hey, Yep, all dairy is basically cow puss, from coffee with cow puss, cheese is concerntrated cow puss and ice cream is frozen cow puss, cakes and stuff have cow puss in them too, mmoooooooooo

On the upper, soya milk is lovely xx

Not working on me, I still fancy baked glue, I just love bread or baked stuff.

Lol!!! Sorry, but happy to turn people off dairly!
Yummy soya milk, although mine always curdles after making teas. Any ideas?
I'm giving up wheat and dairy as much as possible when I'm done here.

I find if I get Alpro it doesn't curdle, shops own tends to, it depends who's doing the shopping, if it's me it's alpro, my hubby buys whatever is cheapest.
I'm going to try to do the three R's eat it if you can have it Raw, it Roams and you can Recognise what it is (i.e. no processed. And dairy free, I was till I got pregnant and craved the foul stuff.
