On my last WW journey i used to eat crunchy nut cornflakes often. If i remember they were quite highly pointed. Not sure what else is good.

Have you tried the porridge oates that come in the little packs - I just add water and pop in micro for 2mins and they are gorgeous and filling and low.

I've just check and they're the Oats so simple range - 2 points in a bag if you use water which I do and the syrup and cranberries are lovely - hth.

Thanks for this. Have avoided them in the past as i like to add a wee drop of sugar. If it has a fruity flavour then maybe i wont need to.

With the syrup one you honestly dont need any sweetener - Tescos have them on offer at the moment so i've been stocking up on them, I would definitely recomend that one for sweetness - just DON'T get the original one coz that one does need sweetened. Mmmmm Enjoy.

I have the apple and blueberry one and the almond and honey one they are both really nice. dont know the points if its made with skimmed milk or water as i use semi skimmed and that works out at either 3.5 or 4 points, cant remember which is which though!

Special K Is good! thats my main breakfast choice!

xx

Ricicles [1.5] & Skimmed Milk [0.5] as it's already sweetened :)

Can you still get ricicles? I havent seen them for years!

Yup! Re-discovered them the other day :D

I like them as I don't have to spend an extra points on sugar!

Thats why I like frosties, might have to look out for ricicles then!

thanks for all the ideas :)

1st meeting back tonight. Will more than likely be using Discover unless the leader has one helluva sales technique!
