Hiya, just wondering if corned beef is free? i really fancy a corned beef hash and just wanted to check! Thanks xxx

It used to be free on red but several years ago SW changed it and now you need to syn it

2 syns per slice - possibly 20g slices?

Yeah - I can have Corned Beef Hash for about 6 syns on EE (we use two x 340g tins in ours, so my share is gonna be about 200g). I'll just add some veggies on the side for my 1/3 superfree. yummmmm - nice cheap meal too!

If 20g of corned beef = 2 syns, wouldn't 200g equate to 20 syns and not 6?

Just a thought, not sure if it is calculated that way but seems kind of logical lol.

Might be worth checking with a consultant.
