I used to make this dish before I started my diet and it is one of my faves.
Does anybody know how I could tweak it to make it SW friendly? Obviously I would do away with the butter and olive oil, and could use the parmesan as a Hex. But what about the red wine and chorizo? Are there any suitable alternatives out there I could substitute with? Or as a last resort- any idea of how to syn the original recipe? Really fancy having some of this at the weekend
