Red wine and chorizo risotto?

Hi everybody,
I used to make this dish before I started my diet and it is one of my faves.
Does anybody know how I could tweak it to make it SW friendly? Obviously I would do away with the butter and olive oil, and could use the parmesan as a Hex. But what about the red wine and chorizo? Are there any suitable alternatives out there I could substitute with? Or as a last resort- any idea of how to syn the original recipe? Really fancy having some of this at the weekend :)

BBC - Food - Recipes : Red wine risotto with chorizo and peas

I think for 150 ml of red wine it would be about 5 syns and the chorizo works out about 17.5 syns so between 2 people the whole meal would be 22.5 syns, or just under 12 each if using less cheese and counting it as a HEX.

You could try getting low syn sausages, removing the meat from inside and putting some chilli powder and garlic powder in and then frying them in mini meatball style patties? That might replace the chorizo making the whole dish only 5 syns. :)

Hope that's some help!

That recipe says it serves 6 though so if you were doing it for just 2 people you would only need 50 mls of red wine, 25g of parmesan and about 65g of chorizo,so i think that would be around 8 syns and 1 hea for the 2 portions,1/2 a hea and 4 syns each is pretty good.
