Feel so down

Hi there

I've done sw before and did mainly green days, this was before extra easy. I have started sw again and my first week lost 2.5 and this week gained 1 lb. I feel absolutely soul destroyed. I've cooked a lot of recipes and thought I was doing great. Before I lost around 3 stone. But I'm desperately trying to loose my post baby weight now. I find extra easy hard sometimes because of the only one of each healthy extras, in have weetabix in morning and milk and miss cheese at night.

Anyway thank you for listening to my rants, my name is jemma and my baby is 5 months old. Joe :)

Xxx

:wavey:Hi Jemma,
didn't want to read and run. I've just rejoined SW and am in my 3rd week. I'm still swotting me books and reading as much as poss on here;)
Why not try the green/red days again, so you get more HE's? It's worth a try;)
Do you go to class? Could you have a chat with your consultant?
Please don't feel down because I'm sure you'll do well. You sound like you've got what I call your 'head in gear' to do this x x

Thank you so much, that's why i joined this site for support really. I was thinking of starting the green days again, but to be honest I'm enjoying the extra easy recipes, the piri piri chicken was delicious and also the classic curry...also my hubby is doing sw too and he finds extra easy better for him. He's a meat and potato man lol..

Maybe what i should do is..when I know i want cheese have a green day or use cheese as my syns?

Thanks Paula xx

I'm doing EE at the mo, easier than cooking different meals for hubby and 3yr old:D
I like my cheese too...on a Sat night in I've had 2 babybels HEA (don't like the light!), some ham rolled up with cottage cheese in. Kid myself it's my wine n cheese nite x x

Thank u ladies, that's a good idea to syn it. How many is it? Xx thanks again girls xx

Think it's 1 syn per 5g of full fat cheddar, so it would be 6 syns for 28g or 6 syns for 42g of low fat cheddar.
