hi all, weighed in this morning, lost 1.25lb so in 3 weeks thats a total of 4.75lb,
dont get me wrong, i'm loving sw,
loving never being hungry, loving cooking instead of take out, loving spending time with hubby and kids walking, horseriding, (tried spinning last night)

but i was wondering would ye mind looking at my food diary and telling me if you think i should change anything

its called "new year new start" because my losses have been so low and ive been sticking 100%

looking forward to your replies thanks:D

Youre actually losing exactly what can be expected on SW.... the losses are around 1 - 2lbs a week so at an average of 1.5lbs youre spot on. The way to look at it is same again this week and youll have lost half a stone in a month which is pretty good going :)

starlight thanks for the reply and as i said i'm really happy on it because its like a change of eating habbit that i truly beleive i can stick too rather than a diet that i know i will give up! but i was just hoping to lose a bit more i suppose when my first week was so low but in saying that i was only getting used to plan

thanks again

1.5lbs a week will be 5.5 stone by the end of the year!

4.75lb is a great weight loss.... If you hadnt been following SW for the last 3 weeks, what weight do you think you'd be now? I know for a fact if it was me, i would have defo have put weight on and thats a guarantee!

I am/was a bit gutted after only losing 0.25lbs this week, been spinning 5 times and stuck to the plan so it was a little disappointing this morning when i jumped on the scales however I have loved exercising and really enjoyed following the SW plan and I know for a fact if i hadnt have done the exercise and followed SW, I would have been pigging out and eating rubbish and I would never have lost any weight doing that!

Keep your chin up... you're not alone in your journey x

ya ye are right ;) i def would have been up i started at 14 st 7and 3/4lb which is the heavist i've ever been ! lightest ive ever been is 10st 5lb so as you say becky by next december i should def have that off and i'm forty in dec so thats what i'm aiming for

so thanks a million all
