Egg foo Yung

Just a quick question,
when cooking egg foo yung, do you cook it like and omlette and put it under the grill to cook the top?

Anyone got any recipes? tips? As iv never cooked it before.

Never done foo yung but when doing egg fried rice i make 1 egg omlettes, they are thin so can flip over without messing about with a grill, hope that helps x
