I am now on maintenance and still lost 1lb this week
I have now been eating for 5 weeks doing the steps to maintenance - I reached goal last week and lost another lb this week and I'm eating 1500 cals - no shakes
It can be done (I know I really worried about this)
honestly if you stick to the steps and work your way through them properly you will be fine. I cant stress the importance of it though as food has made me really ill at times where I've thought I can just eat like I used to and then been ill x
