Hi there everyone,


Just joined today, have been looking in to VLCDs for a couple of months now, finally bit the bullet and ordered a months worth of Exante today and am keen to get going.

This seems like a great place to get and offer support!

I'm hoping it will be doable with a busy life and shift work. Will let you know

Maybe less hassle than worry about everything I eat. Just feed the man and kids and do my own thing.
