Home made yorkshires

Depends how much flour you use and how many you get from the batter.

Flour is 5 syns per 28g and oil 1 syn for half a tsp

Hannah, remember you'd also be 'sharing' your HE'A with whoever else is having the puds! Therefore, depending on the quantity used in the receipe, it might be better for you to keep your HE'A allowance and just syn the milk for the puds.

I used half my measured milk (otherwise I wouldnt use it all) skimmed, a cup of flour and a very small amount of olive oil to cook, made 6 yorkshires and I had 2? Hmmm tricky! X

You would have to weigh a cup of flour to see how many grams are in it and go from there, add a couple of syns for oil and then divide by 3.

Hope this helps

I make 10 for 15 syns - all the syns are in the flour as eggs are free and milk is a HEXA. 84g (3oz) plain flour made 10 small puddings which can be frozen for use later. So 1.5 syns each compared to Aunt Bessies 2 syns each.

Amazingly, the pudding tins worked really well with a squirt or two of spraylight - so no oil necessary;)
