multivitamins - syn free option??

my partner and I take berocca everyday.

just worked out that a tablet is 0.25 of syn but over the week that is nearly 2 syns - i know its hardly anything but every little counts i'm thinking atm.

is anyone taking a syn free option - its a tablet that you dissolve in water daily.

If it is a quarter of a syn per day then it would be syn free - the syns are so neglible that you wouldn't count them.
