pizza express deserts

Any idea what the best pizza express desert is to have? Are the mini ones ( the one you have with coffee) low in syns?? Can anyone help??

They do a leggera dessert now - the frozen yogurt with blackcurrants which was really good (174 cals). If you look on the website they put nutritional info on there and you can work out the syns with the 1 syn - 20 cals guide.
