which nostril?

Was watching QI the other night and they said that you breather through a different nostril every 4 hours..
it alternates which is the dominant one..
it also supposedly affects the way you think..

Brilliant, am going to take more active notice of which nostril I am using. I love QI, but ny husband doesn't like it so I don't always watch it.

Love useless information.

I noticed this, since I noticed its really annoyed me! Lol! Especially when I have a cold!
